Is there a way out of our existential misery?

We are going through an interesting time right now as a species. For a lot of people, it almost seems like we are on a cliff edge. Something seems to be right around the corner, yet we can’t put our finger on what it is. Is the veil going to lift or how do we break out of this collective slump?

Since President Trump came into power, it seems a collective shift has taken place. Everyone understands that change is on the horizon with the promise of a golden age for humanity, but this feeling seems to be tinged with a more ominous sense of fear and uncertainty.

What is going on? This is a feeling I can’t seem to shake recently. Uncertainty is the the fuel that feeds fear. Many of us know that there are inorganic entities out there that feed on lower vibrational energies. This sense of dread seems to be somewhat engineered so let’s dive into what could be behind it.

Let’s start with the obvious one. Our focus as a species is going towards AI. There is no doubt about that. We are arguably at a point of no return, and the technological singularity event may have already happened (that is, a singular intelligence becomes the more dominant). There is both excitement and awe about what possibilities this could open up, but people are more scared than ever about their own futures. It isn’t clear how AI will be deployed; will it create mass abundance, or will the elites keep their power more concentrated than ever, wreaking havoc on everyone else?

Even though these are big issues, I think now more than ever we have to focus on what we can control, and that is our own reactions to these incredible changes. Even though it can be difficult, staying positive is so important. We have to believe that whatever shift is taking place is ultimately for the betterment of everyone. Even though we seem less connected than ever as a species, we have to try to reconnect with each other, because that is more important than anything else.

Technology is creating a divide with:

  1. Information overload/algorithmic manipulation. Solution: reconnect with friends and family, pay less attention to social media. When it gets toxic and insidious, take some time out and recharge through healthy eating, exercise, nature and connection.
  2. Over dependence on tech. Solution: just like point 1, we need to have a balance. Technology can be our ally, but only in moderation. We have to remember our roots as a species. It’s important to remind each other too.
  3. Trauma and unresolved shadow work. Solution: tech is creating division, whether through ideology or economically. It is distracting us from internal work we need to do to dissolve the ego and work more on service to others, not to try to ladder up and feel superior to others. The best technique I’ve ever found is to see life as a movie. It’s probably all mapped out, and all you can control is your reaction to it. So be positive and kind (especially to yourself).
  4. The end of an era feeling. Solution: be excited you’re a part of the most impressive (documented) time in human history. There’s lots of talks of us living out the book of Revelation from the Bible, but don’t let this kind of fear stop you from enjoying the wonder that is around you. It’s still all accessible and even a slight tweak in perspective can change everything. ‘Slowly and then suddenly’. Work on yourself takes time, and even though it may seem like one day blurs into the next, commitment and dedication to self-improvement is the way forward, one day you won’t recognize a past version of yourself.

There is so much more to talk about but for now, in summary, we can take practical measures to get through these uncertain times.

  1. Break the algorithm. You are a co-creator in life, even if your life is a movie script. Make the most out of it! Don’t buy into the negative inputs from the media and those propagating negative agendas.
  2. Reclaim your inner power. Don’t let those outside of you determine how you feel. It’s a simulation. And it’s deeply personal. The way you see things determines how everything is. Inside-out, not the opposite.
  3. Raise your frequency. It might cost you certain relationships but now is a time to work on awareness and detachment from ego. Dissolve personal history and become more and more present, your frequency will naturally be raised.
  4. Do shadow work. Don’t be afraid to face traumas and personal issues. Remember, you’re playing an avatar. Laugh about it as much as you can instead of playing the victim card. It’ll all become clear one day why it had to be this way. Make life less personal, think about the bigger picture (help others), and try to enjoy the ride.
  5. Usher into a new era. AI will undoubtedly help to create a new world. Work on raising your vibration and consciousness to make the most out of it. We are all feeling more nostalgic than ever right now, but look to the future with a positive, bright outlook.

Remember, the night is always darkest before dawn. Stay positive, work hard and help others in overcoming their struggles. The world isn’t ending. It’s waking up. Are you? Enjoy the show.
